Spiritual Direction is lovingly listening to  another in a safe environment to notice the activity of God in ordinary life circumstances.

Group Spiritual Direction is a listening small group. Each person has the opportunity to be heard as they describe their own spiritual journeys. Together the group seeks to hear the direction of God.

To retreat means to set aside time to listen for God in a distraction-free setting. It is often necessary when our lives are full of family responsibilities, work and play. 

Guided retreats include practices of silence, solitude, prayer, and divine reading of scripture.

Walk through the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius with me as your guide. Using The Ignatian Adventure by Kevin O'Brien, SJ and the curated supplemental content of The Ignatian Journey, we'll spend 32 weeks drawing closer to God together.
